Service Description

Joanne Basha has been teaching in the fitness, yoga, health and well being space for over 40 years. If you are keen to get fitter, join Joanne on Fridays 9.30am-10.30am for a Group Exercise Class. A mix of pilates, strength and tone, easy cardio, yoga and stretch. It’s a great way to connect and socialise with other residents. Classes are suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.
